Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BEST AI Video Generator ("BEST", "we", "us") at bestaivideogenerator.app. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

BEST is a web studio that lets you generate videos and images with third-party AI models, paid for with prepaid credits. Models are provided by their developers through our infrastructure partners; we may add, change or remove models and their prices at any time. The price shown in the studio before you start a generation is the price you pay for it.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• One person per account. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

3. Credits and payment

• Credits are bought in packs through Stripe. One credit has a list value of US$0.01.
• Credits do not expire, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and may only be used on BEST.
• If you choose to save a card at checkout, Stripe stores it and fills it in on your later checkouts. It is charged only when you confirm a purchase, and you can remove it on the Billing page at any time.
• A generation's credits are taken when it starts. If the model fails or returns no output, they are returned to your balance automatically.
• Refunds of unused credits are covered by our Refund Policy.
• We may limit purchase amounts, require additional verification, or decline payments to prevent fraud.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We screen prompts and may refuse any generation. Breaking the policy can lead to suspension or termination of your account without a refund of remaining credits, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

5. Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and images you upload ("inputs"). As between you and BEST, you own the videos and images you generate ("outputs"), to the extent the law allows and subject to the terms of the model provider whose model produced them. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your inputs and outputs to run the service for you.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, similar to other people's outputs, or protected by third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use them, including checking that you have the rights you need.

6. Availability

We work to keep BEST running, but the service and the models are provided "as is" and "as available". Generation times vary, models can be temporarily unavailable, and we do not guarantee any particular result.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEST is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using BEST at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, that we reasonably believe are used for fraud, or that are subject to a payment dispute.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the studio before it takes effect. Continuing to use BEST after that means you accept the new terms.
