Acceptable Use

BEST is for creative, lawful work. This policy applies to everything you submit (prompts, images, settings) and everything you generate. It adds to the usage policies of each model provider, which also apply.

You may not create or upload

• Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises anyone who appears to be a minor. We report this to the authorities.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content of anyone.
• Content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent — including deepfakes, face swaps and voice clones — and any intimate or sexual imagery of a real person.
• Content that impersonates a person, brand or organisation in order to deceive.
• Misleading content about elections, public officials or current events presented as real, or designed to manipulate voters.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or graphic gore.
• Harassment, threats, or hateful content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other people's rights.
• Anything illegal where you live or where the content is used.

You may not misuse the service

• Use stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or abuse refunds and chargebacks.
• Create multiple accounts to get around limits or suspensions.
• Scrape, resell or automate access to BEST without our written permission.
• Try to bypass our moderation, rate limits or any model's safety systems.

Enforcement

We screen prompts and images automatically and may block any generation. If you break this policy we may remove content, suspend or close your account without a refund of remaining credits, and report illegal activity to law enforcement.
