Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for results. Here is how refunds work.

Failed generations

If a model fails, is cancelled, or returns no output, the credits for that run are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused credits

You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase as long as none of its credits have been spent. Email support@bestaivideogenerator.app from the address on your account and we will refund the original payment method. Partly used packs can be refunded for the unused part at our discretion.

Spent credits

Credits spent on a generation that completed are not refundable, because the model provider charges us for that run. This applies even if you are unhappy with the result, so check the settings and price before you generate.

Bonus credits

Bonus and promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank — we usually resolve issues within a day. A chargeback suspends the account and removes the disputed credits.

Suspended accounts

Accounts closed for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy are not entitled to a refund of remaining credits.
