This policy explains what personal data BEST AI Video Generator ("BEST", "we") collects when you use bestaivideogenerator.app, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Payment data: purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive the amount, date, and a Stripe customer reference — never your full card number. If you save a card at checkout, Stripe stores it and we see only its brand, last four digits and expiry date. You can remove it on the Billing page at any time.
- Content: the prompts, settings and images you submit, and the videos and images you generate.
- Usage and technical data: credit balance and history, generation records, IP address, browser type and logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To provide the studio: run generations, store your results and keep your credit balance.
- To take payments and prevent fraud, including card-testing and chargeback abuse.
- To enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, including automated screening of prompts and uploaded images.
- To answer support requests and send essential service emails (such as sign-in links and receipts).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who process it for us:
- Supabase (authentication and database)
- Stripe (payments)
- Cloudflare (hosting and file storage)
- Replicate and the model providers it connects to (running your generations — they receive your inputs)
- OpenAI (content moderation screening, where enabled)
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our users and service.
How long we keep it
We keep account data and generation history while your account is open. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete individual results or your whole account at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us to exercise these rights; you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to secure the service. We do not use advertising cookies.
